Roechelle Wilcox is a lifelong resident of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who has dedicated her career to serving others and strengthening her community. For the past three years, she has served as a law enforcement liaison with Foundation 2 Crisis Services in partnership with the Marion Police Department, helping bridge the gap between public safety and behavioral health systems.
Roechelle holds a bachelor’s in criminal justice and a master’s in business, along with several professional certifications. With more than 15 years of experience in human services, she is known for her compassion, dedication and commitment to supporting individuals in times of need.
Outside of her professional role, Roechelle continues to serve others while enjoying time with her family, attending sporting events, reading, building LEGO creations and pursuing lifelong learning. She and her partner, Michael, also recently launched a small sports trading card business.
Roechelle’s passion for helping others is evident in all she does, making a meaningful impact on both individuals and the broader community.
