Nikki Wilcox is a dynamic strategic development and marketing professional with more than 14 years of experience leading growth initiatives, building strong relationships and driving meaningful results across corporate, nonprofit, education and media sectors. She currently serves as a senior strategic development consultant at TrueNorth Companies, where she partners with executives, advisors and clients to identify opportunity, strengthen engagement and support long-term organizational goals.
Previously, Nikki served as director of strategic development for the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance, leading high impact marketing initiatives and managing key stakeholder relationships across the region. Her background also includes experience in business education, community outreach and broadcast journalism, giving her a well rounded perspective and strong communication foundation.
Nikki holds a master’s in marketing from the University of Iowa and a bachelor’s in communication studies. Deeply committed to community leadership, she serves on nine boards and currently chairs two of them. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys life in Marion, Iowa, with her wonderful husband, three children and two dogs, and is passionate about giving back to the community she calls home.
